Rhonda Uma Bell

A long time ago it was suggested to me that Yoga would be a good way to find peace in my life. Turns out that was true. Yoga saved my life. Uma is the special name that Swami Satchidananda gave to me which means “serene and luminous.” It is said that with our yoga practice these things will grow. Happily I get to share my love of Yoga with You now. I have enjoyed many years of sharing and teaching Integral Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga and fondly learning the most from my students as we adapt, adjust and accommodate along the way. I offer adaptive yoga to small groups and private lessons.

May all beings be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all.
